Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Adjointe Chef Pâtissier to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities:
Assist the Chef Pâtissier in creating and implementing dessert menus that reflect our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Oversee the production and presentation of all pastry and dessert items, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to established standards.
Manage and train the pastry team, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in the procurement of high-quality ingredients and supplies, maintaining cost-effective practices.
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate dessert offerings with the overall menu, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Stay updated with industry trends and techniques, incorporating new ideas and concepts into our pastry offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on pastry and dessert preparation.
A culinary diploma or relevant certification in pastry arts or a related field is preferred.
Exceptional knowledge of various pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen eye for detail and quality.
Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and evenings as per business requirements.
