Job Description:

 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Training and Development to join our team in Morocco. As the Director of Training and Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the training and development initiatives within our hospitality company. Your role will involve developing and implementing effective training programs that align with our company's goals and objectives, ensuring that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Design and implement comprehensive training programs for all levels of employees, including front-line staff, managers, and executives, to enhance their skills and foster professional growth.

Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions.

Collaborate with department heads to understand specific training requirements and create customized training modules to address these needs.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative and relevant training methodologies into our programs.

Lead a team of training professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing training environment.

Maintain training records, documentation, and reports to track the progress of employees and training initiatives.

Requirements:

 

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

Proven experience in a senior training and development role within the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and customer service excellence.

Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs that drive employee engagement and enhance overall performance.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of training professionals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

Proficiency in utilizing training management software and tools to streamline training processes and track employee development.
