We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Morocco. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and building strong customer relationships within the Moroccan market. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and fostering long-term partnerships with clients.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase market share in Morocco.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, taking into account market trends and competitor activities.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing their evolving needs and concerns.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and effective solutions to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Regularly monitor sales performance metrics and provide insightful analysis and reports to the management, suggesting improvements and adjustments when necessary.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Represent the company in various industry events, trade shows, and conferences, effectively promoting our products and services and fostering a positive brand image.

Requirements:

 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree would be a plus.

Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a senior sales role, with a solid understanding of the Moroccan market.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales performance data to make informed business decisions.

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of adaptability and resilience.

Fluency in both English and Arabic is required; knowledge of French would be an advantage.
